A psychological horror game where you play a doctor with twelve days to stop a plague that is tearing a town apart. These Pathologic 3 cheats keep you alive, refill the supplies you use, duplicate items when you split a stack and let you change the game speed.

What the Pathologic 3 cheats cover

4 options in one trainer, each on its own hotkey. In short:

• Unlimited HP
• Add item on use (quick slots), clone items when splitting a stack
• Game speed

The full hotkey list is printed inside the trainer window.

How to use it

1. Start Pathologic 3 and wait until you are at the main menu.
2. Run the trainer and leave it open in the background.
3. Load your save, then press the key next to the option you want.
4. Press the same key again to switch that option back off.

Note. Add Item On Use works on items used from the quick slots. Game Speed needs V-Sync turned off in the game and in your GPU driver.
